Join us for a three-part series on wine.

Dawn Merritt, a biochemist by day and a wine enthusiast by 5 p.m., will lead us through three very casual, very informative, and very fun sessions to teach us everything we want to know. Get ready to love learning the science behind our favorite beverage! Dawn will be joined by her husband, Collier, who will be doing the pouring and adding his anecdotal expertise.
