Your Ascent Series blender will recognize the container and automatically adjust blend settings for its size.

Containers and lids are made of BPA-free Eastman Tritan.

Easy to Clean

The container and lid are both dishwasher-safe, or can be cleaned by blending a drop of dish soap and warm water for 35 seconds.

Long-Lasting Blades

Laser-cut blades are crafted from hardened stainless steel, delivering better blends and longer life.

Specially Designed Tamper

Use the included Tamper to press thick and frozen mixtures toward the blades for faster, smoother blends.

See-Through Lid and Lid Plug

A clear lid with leak-proof seal helps you monitor the progress of every blend. A removable, vented lid plug allows you to add ingredients while blending, and doubles as a 2-ounce measuring cup.

Medium Batches

The size and shape of the 48-ounce container is ideal for blending medium batches for small family meals.

This container can be used with all full-size Vitamix blenders, however SELF-DETECT features are only available with Smart System machines.
