This range of Victor Cast Iron cookware is already pre-seasoned and ready to use. So the more they are used the better (and more non-stick) they become.As they have been pre-treated with vegetable oil and high heat you do not need to worry about seasoning the surface as you might do with other cookware.
It is recommended to rinse well with hot water and dry thoroughly before its first use. As it is made of solid cast iron the heat is distributed throughout the pan including the handle – be sure to always wear oven gloves when handling the pan.

INFO: Hand Wash Only with hot water (no soap) and dry immediately to prevent rusting. If food has burnt on pan you can scour it with table salt and cooking oil.
