Made from durable silicone and 18/10 stainless steel, this spatula is heatproof up to 220C, and resistant to grease, oils, and acids. It has two sides: one is soft and adapts to bowls and pan curves, making it great for scraping and mixing. The other side is hard, for smoothing and spreading icing and sauces neatly. The long handle makes it useful for getting that last bit of jam or honey out of a jar, and features a loop so it can be hung up in the kitchen.
