—DETAILS— Due to Netherton Foundrys unique manufacturing process, this durable spun iron milk pan is relatively lightweight compared to traditional cast iron cookware, but with the same excellent heat retention. It has a thick base and handy pouring rims, and comes pre-seasoned with flax oil for a natural easy-release finish; this stops milk from burning to the bottom. As you use and properly maintain the pan, it will become more non-stick.
