Netherton Foundrys unique manufacturing process produces pans that are exceptionally light while preserving all the advantages of cast iron cookware. This crepe pan naturally retains heat well, but thanks to the thinness of the spun iron, its also more heat-responsive than a cast iron skillet. This lightness, along with the low, flared edges, comfortable wooden handle, and seasoned easy-release finish make this crepe pan ideal for getting that perfect flip.
