Netherton Foundry Chef’s Pan Lid

—DETAILS— Due to their unique spun iron construction, Netherton Foundry pans are ideal for high-heat searing, everyday cooking in the oven or on the hob, and everything in between, all without straining your wrists. Black iron is highly magnetic, thus induction hobfriendly.

This Chef’s Pan Lid features a vent hole and is pre-seasoned with flax oil for a natural easy-release finish that gets better with time, as long as you maintain it properly. The lid is compatible with the Chef’s Prospector Pan and its cast iron knob makes it oven-safe. The lid sits just outside the rim of the pan and therefore measures slightly more than the dimensions found below.
