The Meater Pro XL Meat Thermometer includes 4 wire-free probes with 5 internal sensors and 1 ambient sensor in each probe to monitor internal meat temperature up to 105C and ambient/external temperature up to 550C simultaneously. A Guided Cook System walks you through every step of the cooking process, guaranteeing perfect and consistent results. You can also set up custom notifications based on temperature and/or time. The Advanced Estimator Algorithm will estimate how long to cook and rest your food so you can plan your meals and manage your time. The built-in rechargeable battery is charged by a USB-C cable and will be ready for cooking within an hour’s charge. A fully-charged Pro XL will last for 24 hours. The Meater Pro XL Meat Thermometer connects to the MEATER Cloud for on-the-go monitoring and in the Standalone Mode, you can cook without a smartphone in areas without WiFi such as when camping.
