A saucepan that takes care of your boiling, stewing, poaching, and sauce-making needs, this Mauviel MCookB Saucepan outperforms standard stainless steel saucepans by miles. It hasan inner layer of 18/10 stainless steel, three layers of heat-responsive aluminium, and an outer layer of ferritic,which makes it induction-compatible. The middle layer of that aluminium is pure, meaning there is no adhesive agent in it that slightly weakens its power. Unlike a lot of saucepans which only have heat-conducting metals like aluminium just at the base, this pan has aluminium all along the sides and to the edge, meaning your food will cook faster and more evenly. High-quality steel thats polished on the outside but brushed on the inside makes clean-up simple, and a curved rim allows easy pouring. Designed with small European kitchens in mind, pieces in the MCookB range stack together neatly. It will last a lifetime.

Mauviel MCookB pans, including handles, are polished and finished by hand; this may result in minor abrasions or scuffs.
