Mauviels MCook range outperforms standard stainless steel pans by miles. Every pan in this range has an inner layer of 18/10 stainless steel, three layers of heat-responsive aluminium, and an outer layer of ferritic,which makes it induction-compatible. The middle layer of that aluminium is pure, meaning there is no adhesive agent in it that slightly weakens its power. Unlike a lot of pans which only have heat-conducting metal like aluminium just at the base, these pans have aluminium all along the sides and to the edge, meaning your food will cook faster and more evenly. Curved pouring rims provide drip-free pouring, and comfortable handles mould to your grip. High-quality stainless steel thats polished on the outside but brushed on the inside makes clean-up simple. This special edition with bronze handles has a beautiful two-tone design.(Please note that bronze handles can get very hot when cooking, and be sure to use a tea towel orpot holderwhen needed.) M’CookB pans should not be placed in the dishwasher, as it causes the bronze handles to discolour.
