Mauviel’s MCookB range outperforms standard stainless steel saucepans by miles. It has an inner layer of 18/10 stainless steel, three layers of heat-responsive aluminium, and an outer layer of ferritic,which makes it induction-compatible. The middle layer of that aluminium is pure, meaning there is no adhesive agent in it that slightly weakens its power. Unlike a lot of saucepans which only have heat-conducting metals like aluminium just at the base, this pan has aluminium all along the sides and to the edge, meaning your food will cook faster and more evenly. High-quality steel thats polished on the outside but brushed on the inside makes clean-up simple, and a curved rim allows easy pouring. Designed with small European kitchens in mind, pieces in the MCookB range stack together neatly. It will last a lifetime.

Mauviel MCookB pans, including handles, are polished and finished by hand; this may result in minor abrasions or scuffs. These are considered normal and do not have any impact on performance or durability.Please note that bronze handles can get very hot when cooking, and be sure to use a tea towel orpot holderwhen needed.MCookB pans are not dishwasher-safe, as it causes the bronze handles to discolour.
