—DETAILS— A frying pan with sides tall enough to cook stews and curries, the Mauviel MCook saute pan outperforms standard stainless steel pans by miles. It has an inner layer of 18/10 stainless steel, three layers of heat-responsive aluminium, and an outer layer of ferritic,which makes it induction-compatible.The middle layer of that aluminium is pure, meaning there is no adhesive agent in it that slightly weakens its power. High-quality steel thats polished on the outside but brushed on the inside makes clean-up simple, and a curved rim allows drip-free pouring. The 28cm pan features a second ‘helper’ handle.

A compatible M’Cook stainless steel or M’360 glass lid can be purchased separately.

Mauviel MCook pans, including handles, are polished and finished by hand; this may result in minor abrasions or scuffs. These are considered normal and do not have any impact on performance or durability.

While MCook pans are dishwasher-safe, please note that dishwasher detergents that contain harsh chemicals such as potassium are abrasive to the aluminium edge on the rims of these pans. This can cause the edge to feel sharp over time, but does not affect performance.
