Mauviels MCook range outperforms standard stainless steel pans by miles. Every pan in this range has an inner layer of 18/10 stainless steel and an outer layer of ferritic stainless steel, which makes it induction-compatible, plus three layers of heat-responsive aluminium. The middle layer of that aluminium is pure, meaning there is no adhesive agent in it that slightly weakens its power. Unlike many pans which only have heat-conducting metal like aluminium just at the base, this pan has aluminium all along the sides and to the edge, meaning your food will cook faster and more evenly. High-quality, scratch-resistant steel thats polished on the outside but brushed on the inside. This set features a 24cm and a 28cm stainless steel frying pan; both are oven-compatible.

Mauviel MCook pans, including handles, are polished and finished by hand, which may result in minor abrasions or scuffs. These are considered normal and do not impact performance or durability.

While MCook pans are dishwasher-safe, please note that dishwasher detergents that contain harsh chemicals such as potassium are abrasive to the aluminium edge on the rims of these pans. This can cause the edge to feel sharp over time, but does not affect performance.
