Copper is an impeccable heat conductor, heating evenly and quickly, which makes it the perfect material for super-controlled cooking. These handcrafted pieces have comfortable, stay-cool stainless steel handles that mould to your thumb. All pieces in this collection are oven-safe and suitable for all hobs except induction. Mauviel M150 and M250 pans, with stainless steel, brass, or cast iron handles, are made of pure copper thats soft by nature. They are polished and finished by hand, resulting in minor abrasions, small black marks or scuffs. These are considered normal and do not have any impact on performance or durability.
