Because copper heats more evenly and much faster than other metals it offers superior cooking control. The non-reactive stainless steel interior preserves the taste and nutrients of food and is very easy to clean. The oversized handles are fixed by sturdy stainless steel rivets that allow you to lift and transfer the pans safely. These saucepans can be used on all hobs except induction and are oven-safe. TheM’150 Roasting Pan is made from triple-ply aluminium, stainless steel and copper, which allows for even and responsive heating throughout the pan.
