The Mauviel M’150B Roasting Pan with Rack is made from a combination of triple-ply aluminium, stainless steel and copper, which allows for even and responsive heating throughout the pan. The riveted handles are upright, which lets them take up less room in the oven and prevents them from getting scorching hot. Suitable for all hobs except induction.

Mauviel M150 and M200 pans, with stainless steel, bronze, or cast iron handles, are made of pure copper thats soft by nature. They are polished and finished by hand, resulting in minor abrasions, small black marks or scuffs. These are considered normal and do not have any impact on performance or durability.
