Copper is an impeccable heat conductor, heating evenly and quickly, which makes it the perfect material for super-controlled cooking. These handcrafted pieces have comfortable, stay-cool stainless steel handles that mould to your thumb. All pieces in this collection are oven-safe and suitable for all hobs except induction.
