This MasterClass Non-Stick12 Hole Muffin Pan is made from robust, commercial weight 1mm carbon steel to ensure it will not chip, peel or warp. Carbon steel has the benefit of retaining very high levels of heat, resulting in better browning. A double-coated non-stick finish makes for easy release (but we still recommend using butter or muffin cups).
