Made in Italy, Hestan ProBond tri-ply stainless steel pans have a core of heat-responsive aluminium for optimum performance. Expect quick, even heat distribution and lifetime durability. The rims are flared for drip-free pouring, as well as sealed which means they can be cleaned in the dishwasher without any risk of the edges becoming sharp over time. The ergonomic handles are comfortable to hold, and have a convex point that prevents your hand from getting too close to the pan. They are fitted with flat rivets where food will not build up and stain. Heat-safe up to 315C, they are suitable for all hobs including induction and home ovens.

Ideal for deep frying, this woks high-domed lid makes it perfect for braising, steaming, and roasting a whole chicken.
