Along the way, you’ll enjoy a tasting of seasonal appetizers featuring these freshly made preserves. At the end of the class, youll take home your very own 16-ounce jar of giardiniera, an 8-ounce jar of pepper jelly, and all the knowledge and recipes you need to start canning at home and enjoy summer flavors year-round.
