French Onion Baked Dip Mix

This is going to become a new classic dip, the taste is incredible, serve with a chilled glass of Chardonnay. French Onion baked dip is the dip version of the classic soup, a definite crowd pleaser.

French Onion Baked Dip
What you Need:
Contents of French Onion Dip mix pouch
250 g (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
125 ml (4 oz / 1/2 cup) real mayonnaise
125 ml (4 oz / 1/2 cup) sour cream
1 tsp (5 ml) concentrated liquid beef broth
125 ml (4 oz / 1/2 cup) freshly grated gruyere or other Swiss cheese.

What to do:
In a bowl, combine first 4 ingredients. Stir in beef broth. Refrigerate and let sit for minimum 2 hours. Preheat oven to 375F (190C). Transfer prepared dip to heat proof dish, cover with cheese and bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbling and golden on top.Serve with slices of French bread or pita chips.
