Made in small batches at a workshop in Stoke-on-Trent, this ceramic Garlic Keeper provides the ideal condition for storing unpeeled garlic. Ceramic provides a dry, dark space, while air holes allow garlic bulbs to breathe. A cork lid helps regulate temperature, and makes the garlic keeper lighter to carry. Its compact size will hold two to three bulbs of garlic.By breaking up the garlic bulb into individual cloves, more garlic can be held in the keeper and it will stay fresh for longer, preventing growth or mould. The unglazed, warm white ceramic exterior with rippled lines has a beautiful texture and homey design.
