This series has been created with the objective of bringing you a variety of the highest quality knives. Thats why we manufactured a series with a 100% natural Ovengkol wooden handle. This material comes from well-managed FSC certified forests and, in addition it comes packaged in 100% recycled cardboard that reduces the use of plastic by 70%. The chefs knife features a 6” NITRUM stainless steel blade and includes our special silk edge. These characteristics make it a high-quality knife with a powerful cut. So that the handle doesnt rub against your hand or cause friction, the Nrdika series benefits from a back of the blade with a rounded polish, providing the knife with a soft grip. Manufactured with brass rivets which give the handle an avant-garde design.
