It can go in the oven and is induction-compatible. —DETAILS— All-Clad pioneered multi-ply cookware in the 1970s with the d3 (also called TriPly) series, when they layered aluminiuman excellent conductor of heatwith stainless steel, which is excellent at being non-reactive, oven-safe, induction hob-compatible, and extremely durable. This saucepan feels light to lift but is sturdy and warp-resistant, with a comfortable handle that moulds to an underhanded grip and stays cool on the hob. The stainless steel on the exterior is polished, while the interior has a brushed finish that makes it stick-resistant and easy to clean.
