Lithologie Whiskey Stones – Hornblende Gneiss

Each stone is made of hornblende gneiss extracted and cut by hand in Quebec. This stone has a mixture of dark emerald green and black punctuated by insertions of pearly white calcite crystals. Please note that colour and appearance of wood and stones may vary.

These 940 million-year-old stones come from the St-lie-de-Caxton region, Qc, Canada. To use, place in freezer 30 minutes before using and once cool add 2-3 stones to the bottom of your glass to keep your favourite amber spirit chilled without diluting it.
