The Big Green Egg Bluetooth Temperature Gauge easily attaches to the dome of the EGG and enables cooks to remotely monitor cooking temperature right from their phone! The gauges free app connects via Bluetooth and allows users to create high and low temperature alerts, set a timer, and toggle between C and F temperature display.

Instructions:

1. Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn unit on or off.
2. Press backlight button to turn on/off the backlight.
3. Press and hold the backlight button to switch between C and F.
4. To charge the temperature gauge, gently rotate the top portion of the gauge 1/8 turn counter-clockwise and separate from the probe. Use included charging cable to recharge the unit using USB or a wall socket. The battery charging indicator will cycle from empty to full until the unit is fully charged.
5. While the top portion of the unit is detached for charging, protect the probe from the elements by using the attached cover.
6. Install Bluetooth Dome Thermometer from The Big Green Egg, Inc. in Apple App Store or Google Play Store. With thermometer powered on, open app and click Search Equipment. The app can be used to set min and max temps, choose alarms, and set a timer.
