The main feature of this knife is its long pearlised blade, thanks to its serrated edge a better cut can be obtained without spoiling the food.

The distinguishing feature of this knife is its Micarta handle, fabric pressed with resin and its main feature is its half ferrule, making cutting and sharpening easier.

The handle is ergonomic and the bolster is rounded.

Also the bluish tones make this handle especially noteworthy.

It has stainless steel rivets with which ensure that the knife does not separate from the handle and are also free of corrosion.

It is a forged knife, which means it has been subjected to a forging process which consists of heating the steel until it is red hot and can be shaped into a solid single-piece knife.

The size of its serrated blade is 8”, made of stainless steel NITRUM providing increased cutting power, hardness and durability.

It comes in a perfectly designed bread knife shaped box, which can be reused for safe storage.
