Made in Portugal since 1951, Silampos pans anticipate the needs of home cooks. These saucepansare clad, from base to rim, with three layers of metal: non-reactive and induction-compatible stainless steel on the outside with a core of heat-responsive aluminium. This construction heats food uniformly and retains that heat well. The stainless steel is polished on the outside for a mirror finish and brushed on the inside. The vented, recessed handles stay cool as you cook, and curved rims prevent liquids from trailing along the side of the pan when pouring. The tight-fitting lids include a tall and wide handle thats easy to lift. Thesesaucepansare oven-compatible up to 200C and dishwasher-safe, though hand-washing will extend its durability.
