The Mauviel M’Cook Frying Pan is no ordinary pan. Every part of the pan, right up to its rim, has five layers of metal: inner layer of 18/10 stainless steel, plus three layers of heat-responsive aluminium. The middle layer of that aluminium is pure, meaning there is no adhesive agent in it that slightly weakens its power. The layers distribute heat quickly and evenly. The comfortable, recessed handle is designed to mould to your thumb and stays cool as you cook. High-quality steel thats polished on the outside but brushed on the inside, and a curved rim allows drip-free pouring.

Designed with small European kitchens in mind, pieces in the MCook range stack together neatly.

Mauviel MCook pans, including handles, are polished and finished by hand; this may result in minor abrasions or scuffs. These are considered normal and do not have any impact on performance or durability.

While MCook pans are dishwasher-safe, please note that dishwasher detergents that contain harsh chemicals such as potassium are abrasive to the aluminium edge on the rims of these pans. This can cause the edge to feel sharp over time, but does not affect performance.
