—DETAILS— Though Peugeot is most often associated with cars, their iconic spice mills came first. Produced in France since 1874, their pepper mills are made from hardened steel so they can withstand the stress of grinding tough peppercorns without shedding some of their own metal along with it. A helix-shaped mechanism makes peppercorns wait their turn before being cracked in half and further ground to your preference. It provides a flavourful and uniform grind you can adjust via the top knob (the tighter it is, the finer the grind). The chess-like cast iron pepper mill has a textured finish thats comfortable to grip and comes with Sichuan peppercorns, a nod to the dynastic Chinese architecture that inspired its design.
