This means faster cooking times, consistently even cooking, and perfectly browned crusts. Its also safe on the hob, especially induction, meaning you can sear ingredients before transferring to the oven. Pre-seasoned with flax oil for a natural easy-release finish that only gets better over time when properly maintained.
