The Mauviel MElite Non-Stick Frying Pan outperforms standard stainless steel pans by miles because of the way its designed. It has outer layers of induction-compatible 18/10 stainless steel plus three inner layers of heat-responsive aluminium. The middle layer of that aluminium is pure, meaning there is no adhesive agent in it that slightly weakens its power. High-quality, scratch-resistant steel thats polished on the outside, it features a curved rim to allow easy pouring. The interior is lined with 3 layers of PFOA-free non-stick coating. M’Elite is a special range from Mauviel that has a hand-hammered finish for a beautiful presentation on the table.

Mauviel MElite pans, including handles, are polished and finished by hand; this may result in minor abrasions or scuffs. These are considered normal and do not impact performance or durability.
