The Mauviel M’CookB Roasting Panis made from robustferritic stainless steel and is suitable for all hobs, including induction.Polished on the outside but brushed on the inside,it features a curved rim that allows easy pouring. It will last a lifetime.Because this roaster is not 5-ply, hence thinner than the rest of the MCook collection, the reaction to overheating is stronger and may result in scorched surfaces.

Mauviel MCookB pans, including handles, are polished and finished by hand; this may result in minor abrasions or scuffs. These are considered normal and do not have any impact on performance or durability.Please note that bronze handles can get very hot when cooking, and be sure to use a tea towel orpot holderwhen needed.M’CookB pans should not be placed in the dishwasher, as it causes the bronze handles to discolour.
