—DETAILS— A saute pan with sides tall enough to cook stews and curries, the Mauviel MCookB saute pan outperforms standard stainless steel pans by miles. It has an inner layer of 18/10 stainless steel, three layers of heat-responsive aluminium, and an outer layer of ferritic,which makes it induction-compatible.The middle layer of that aluminium is pure, meaning there is no adhesive agent in it that slightly weakens its power. High-quality steel thats polished on the outside but brushed on the inside makes clean-up simple, and a curved rim allows drip-free pouring. The well-fitting lid effectively traps steam. Designed with small European kitchens in mind, pieces in the MCookB range stack together neatly. It will last a lifetime.

Mauviel MCookB pans, including handles, are polished and finished by hand; this may result in minor abrasions or scuffs. These are considered normal and do not have any impact on performance or durability.Please note that bronze handles can get very hot when cooking, and be sure to use a tea towel orpot holderwhen needed.M’CookB pans should not be placed in the dishwasher, as it causes the bronze handles to discolour.
