The Mauviel MCookB Casserole outperforms standard stainless steel pots by miles because of the way its designed. It has an inner layer of 18/10 stainless steel, three layers of heat-responsive aluminium, and an outer layer of ferritic,which makes it induction-compatible. The middle layer of that aluminium is pure, meaning there is no adhesive agent in it that slightly weakens its power. These heat-conducting metals go all the way to the edges of the pot, ensuring even cooking through and through. High-quality steel thats polished on the outside but brushed on the inside makes clean-up simple, and a curved rim allows easy pouring.Designed with small European kitchens in mind, pieces in the MCookB range stack together neatly.

Mauviel MCookB pans, including handles, are polished and finished by hand; this may result in minor abrasions or scuffs. These are considered normal and do not have any impact on performance or durability.Please note that bronze handles can get very hot when cooking, and be sure to use a tea towel orpot holderwhen needed.M’CookB pans should not be placed in the dishwasher, as it causes the bronze handles to discolour.
