Heavy-duty, all-purpose cast black iron baking sheet for use in the oven, with a raised handle that makes it easier to move. Extremely durable and can easily withstand high heat for extended periods of time.

—DETAILS—

This traditional, heavy-duty baking sheet is made of thick black iron, which means it retains heat exceptionally well and can withstand high temperatures. The raised integrated handle makes it easy to remove from a hot oven. Pre-seasoned with flax oil for a natural easy-release finish that gets better with time as you use and season it. This baking sheet was designed by Netherton Foundry in collaboration with Val Stones from the Great British Bake Off, and was designed with perfectly baked biscuits and scones in mind.

This is my favourite baking tray. It heats really evenly and consistently, and its nice and heavy, which means I can get good browning on whatever Im making. The first thing I made on it was challahit was excellent!
