The Mauviel M’Cook Roasting Panis made from robust ferritic stainless steel and is suitable for all hobs, including induction. Polished on the outside but brushed on the inside, it features a curved rim that allows easy pouring. This is especially great for roasting meat, as you can cook pan sauce directly in the roasting pan, and decant it without mess. It will last a lifetime. Though this roaster is not 5-ply, it is thinner than the rest of the MCook collection, and is thus able to maintain its excellent heat conductivity, thanks to the iron particles that have been bonded from base to edge of this pan.

Mauviel MCook pans, including handles, are polished and finished by hand; this may result in minor abrasions or scuffs. These are considered normal and do not have any impact on performance or durability.

While MCook pans are dishwasher-safe, please note that dishwasher detergents that contain harsh chemicals such as potassium are abrasive to the aluminium edge on the rims of these pans. This can cause the edge to feel sharp over time, but does not affect performance.
