Storage should be in cool (< 21 C or 70 F), dry (< 60% r.h.) area to provide a maximum shelf life without appreciable loss of flavor or functional characteristics.

All you need:
– Shawarma Seasoning (included)
– 8 chicken breasts, cut in half
– 125 ml ( cup) plain yogurt
– lemon, juiced
– 45 ml (3 tbsp) olive oil

All you do:
In a large bowl, combine the Shawarma Seasoning, yogurt, lemon juice and olive oil. Mix well. Add the chicken and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours, or overnight. Preheat the oven to 450F (230C). Place the chicken on a lined baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes, until cooked through. To serve as a wrap, place sliced chicken on a warm pita, top with hummus, garlic sauce (our Roasted Garlic Dip works great), lettuce, tomato and onion to your liking and enjoy!
