Although the form may change depending on the temperature, the quality of the oil in not affected. At temperatures of 76 degrees Fahrenheit and above, coconut oil is a liquid. To maintain its solid state, store the coconut oil in a cool, dry place that is below 75 degrees Fahrenheit.
