The programmable temperature lets you easily set a target. When your food’s internal temperature reaches the target, it’ll sound out a loud alarm – so you know exactly when it’s done.

There’s a built-in cooking timer too. Set it to count down from up to 24 hours just like a conventional timer. Or use it to measure the time it takes to reach your targeted temperature.
